Welcome to the home base for prospect management requests at the University of Utah. Please choose the appropriate form below for making modifications to your portfolio, your prospect plans, or to file for donor clearance.
Please keep in mind that if you need to perform two or more actions below for the same prospect, simply complete the highest level action needed and we will make all necessary changes in the remaining levels. (For example, if you need to file for donor clearance but have no plan in the system and are not on the prospect team, simply file for donor clearance - we will add you to the team and build the plan.)
